      Pros

      Occasionally, I got to do cool stuff. They'll use my work for another couple of years.

      Cons

      I was there through 3 rounds of public layoffs, one acquisition, and one silent layoff. The internal culture seesawed from exuberance to despair to paranoia. It is a sign when the head of Marketing slacks you, asking to write a positive review for the organization, since it's "difficult to attract quality talent." I overstayed, which is my fault.
