      Worst place I’ve ever worked

      Pros

      Really nothing. This was the most demoralizing job I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      Management says they care but nothing changes. Raises promised and never given. Leaders are inexperienced and unwanted.

      Lack of Care

      Product is strong and you get to use it

      Cons

      This company does not value the SDR role. Pay is at about 10 percent of market rate. Promotions are not made into sales based on merit. The only "training" comes from the AE team and good luck with them. I really wanted to love this job. I believed in the value prop. But, I have not worked in a more fake or toxic culture. If you care about making money and advancing your career do not get started at Sendoso.

      Pros

      Very unique to the market, company’s currently use what the platform offers. Dogs in the office and campus is cool..

      Cons

      Very unclear on target market, feels like a call center and for someone new to sales you don’t really learn how to sell, Instead you learn how to pressure someone into a meeting. When I first started people were hitting goals but when the department grew and the approach changed, everyone felt it.
