      Pros

      - Managers and leaders outside of the C suite are excellent + colleagues are some of the best and smartest humans I've worked with

      Cons

      - Sinking ship - C suite hired brilliant, accomplished leaders in the space but don't empower them to implement their ideas or move the business forward. All (both micro and big picture) business decisions seems to made in a vacuum by the COO - Multiple layoffs over the last year have been clumsily communicated and executed

      The engineering team is wonderful and is what's keeping me here. If you cross paths with a Sendoso engineer, I can confidently vouch for their ability to collaborate and deliver in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. The culture fosters growth, teamwork, and ownership. Learning opportunities are abundant.

      Cons

      Ever since the cto was let go there has been a HUGE lack of transparency about our financial health, vision, and business needs. This was followed by a massive round of layoffs mid-year and another round this month. We continue to hear from C-suite leaders that we will get through it and are doing fine Company wide meetings continue to provide little useful information about the state of the business and only showcase wins from non-tech departments. Limited promotions make deserving employees feel unseen and under-deserved.

      This company is incredible. From the friendly, strategic exec team to the collaborative and solution oriented teams -- the people here are incredible. I've had the opportunity to work cross functionally to build out programs; leadership gives us the autonomy to do so and truly cares about the work we put in. They also promote PTO and mental health with vacation bonuses, etc. We also have various Slack channels (#vacation, #shoutouts, #birthdays, #sendoggos to name a few) which enable us to keep in touch with our colleagues near and far on a personal level. I've made some of my best friends at Sendoso. The people truly make this the best place to work and what make me eat, breathe and sleep Sendoso. I'm so grateful to have found Sendoso, as it's impacted my personal life and professional career!

      Cons

      Some of the teams are stretched thin and workload is challenging, but our leadership team is addressing it.
