Entire teams imploded after repeated layoffs, while restructuring was delayed by months, leaving teams and people in a vacuum of indecision, without clarity around road-maps, vision, or tactical prioritization. Three rounds of layoffs within 7 months is inexcusable. Finance needs to forecast better than that, and the team needs to actually train their sales people. There is no enablement or guidance on how to sell the product, the pricing is far too expensive, and quota completely unattainable. I believe the company will be sold, or out of business by 2024, so I wouldn't start a job here in any department. There are plenty of other software companies that have better leadership.
