Incredible people- some of the hardest working and intelligent folks out there. There are some fabulous leaders at the management, Director and VP level. Remote work Work hard play hard - unlimited PTO Incredible benefits- medical, dental, vision
Cons
Toxic culture that comes from the top- specifically from the president, Michelle. She has made a reputation for herself and is known for yelling and belittling others via large zoom meetings. She has absolutely ZERO people skills, does not understand how a business runs operationally, and above all- does not respect others. The way she treats others creates a hostile, toxic and fearful work environment. She is running this company into the ground.
