Pros

Great culture, team, people. People love the product

Cons

Comp terrible compared to the space. Hard to sell because competitors do the same thing but a fraction of the cost

Pros

- solid support structure - really friendly engineers to work with - pushed enough to be constantly learning - given full cool projects to work on - promoted after a year

Cons

- on-call, not my favorite system. You'll likely be on-call every month, which means for a week, day or night, you're you can be pinged to handle anything that breaks. Feels like extra work I wasn't told about so heads up - layoffs = more legacy code

We really appreciate you taking the same to share your feedback on your time so far at Sendoso. It's great to hear that you've felt supported and positively challenged in your career - that's absolutely something we aim for. To your other point, while we are still in a scrappy scale-up mode, we also understand that being on-call is not ideal and firmly believe in strong work-life balance. We will be sharing this feedback with eng leadership and are always more than open to hearing alternative solutions, if you have any ideas. Thanks for all your hard work! - Alexis Kavazanjiaan, Chief People Officer
