Unlimited PTO Competitive Pay Remote work Great Culture Fantastic people Sendoso has been fantastic to work for I have enjoyed the people, the plan and the process. The future is bright for Sendoso as the company is just getting started and it going to disrupt this newly created category.

Cons

Startup- with any startup there are growing pains and learning moments but that is what makes it fun and challenging.

Pros

Pros: The people are nice, we have good benefits and most clients seem to like the product when it works

Cons

Cons: Massive layoffs and even before that people were quitting left and right. Working for a company based in the shipping industry (especially during Covid) is very difficult if you are in a client facing role. Customers are constantly upset because their packages do not arrive in time and Sendoso is always having issues with our shipping warehouses. The Customer Success team is constantly putting out fires and feels more like a Customer Support role. Half of my team has quit, including managers and a Director.
