      A horrible place to work

      Competitive pay and perks. Recognized as the market leader (for now)

      Cons

      I really don't see how anyone can call this a great company and strong management team. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Countless people in the wrong roles or roles over their heads. Far too many people who are worried about CYA and not truly collaborating. The recent layoffs didn't help that any. We lost leaders who were a part of the positive momentum and only managed retained those that are contributing to this toxic and dysfunctional culture. Performance has been so laughably bad that I don't see how things recover without a massive reset that will take a couple years.

      Culture shifted from fun to toxic

      Pros

      Sendoso has great people. However, these same people have been let go from the recent layoffs or have resigned.

      Cons

      COMMUNICATION is lacking and the executive team is NOT forthcoming about why there has been a “revolving door” for managers lately! The culture has changed from “one team” to “CYA - cover your a$$”. What was once an exciting place to work has become very ugly and toxic.
