      Cons

      Baisedness of management towards the developer Only want the work to get done. Don't allow the transitions between QA to the developer and vice versa No delegation of roles from senior mangement Don't trust people.

      - Great Culture: The company truly cares about its employees and maintaining a strong work/life balance. Vacation bonuses, events, communications around current world events, etc. You never feel isolated. - Leadership Cares: Communication between leadership and employees on the direction of the company is so clear. You never have to worry about not knowing how the company is truly doing. - Continuously Growing: This company is a clear leader in its industry and it shows. You feel confident in the services you're selling and supporting. You feel challenged by your colleagues because everyone is so talented.

      Cons

      - Still Start-up Mode: If you're uncomfortable with the fast-paced nature of a start up company, the quick shifts in direction can be challenging. Sendoso is the clear leader in its space and the company has to shift initiatives quickly to stay on top. This isn't a real negative attribute, but something all new hires should expect.

      It's hard to think of any pros to be honest

      Cons

      The leadership is awful. There's a mean girl energy that surrounds the company. The leadership lacks vision and strategy. There's a lot of work for no reason. Save yourself time and find a different place.
