I started working at Sendoso a few months ago and I can't say enough good things. From the moment I started as a candidate I was treated with the utmost respect from the recruiting team, to the hiring managers, to the onboarding team and now the team i'm on. Would highly recommend anyone to take a chance and apply to this rocket ship of a company

Cons

High scaling of the company at a quick rate. Will be interesting to see where they go from here. Lots of upside

Pros

The onboarding experience is top-notch, the humans that make up the company are world-class, and leadership is ENGAGED with their teams. People feel enabled, challenged, and supported. The vision for the company is clear and everyone is contributing to the rocket ship!

Cons

Sendoso is a fast-growing start-up that experiences typical growing pains (building out process', etc) which to many is a positive reason to join a start-up in the first place. Honestly, I don't have a real "con".
