      Pros

      - CEO personally cares about every employee (more than most startups I know) - opportunities for growth -- "grow from within" definitely preferred - generous benefits - strong culture - focus on learning and development - not chaotic unlike a lot of other startups.

      Cons

      - like any high growth company, there's always more to do - may not be a fit for folks looking for highly structured roles

      - incredible market footprint with a ton of room for growth - super fun culture that the co-founder & co. do a great job of maintaining (even during quarantine). - everyone's willing to help each other, including the very well-connected advisors and execs

      - could use better benefits during the pandemic
