      Not the most structured environment but that comes with any startup.

      We're the world's first sending platform! It's an incredibly exciting time to be at this rocket ship company. We all recognize the opportunity we have in the market, and we love seeing our customers succeed as we help them create human connections with their direct mail strategies. The office environment is FUN. We all genuinely enjoy each other's company as we put in hard work to meet the demand of our rapid growth. Belly laughs every day - the culture is tops!

      Cons

      When you're growing as quickly as we are, things can get messy at times. We have a strong ops team to support us, however, so when things begin to wobble, we tend to figure it out and correct it quickly. If you're going to thrive here, you better be smart, ready to work hard, and willing to create solutions.

      Great product, market fit, awesome culture, talented leadership, realistic achievable goals, lots of promotion potential. most management is truly invested in their employees both personally and professionally, and great office perks.

      Cons

      Sendoso is an early-stage company who is growing quickly. Things change frequently and there is a lot of work to be done. This is not a con for most current employees but could be for someone not used to a start-up environment.
