      Individually, many people are great colleagues. Some talented and friendly coworkers. Potential for learning from diverse roles due to broad responsibilities.

      Cons

      Employees often perform multiple roles without proper compensation or recognition. Leadership deflects responsibility and avoids addressing issues. Pledges for improvement rarely lead to actual change. Situation causes considerable mental and emotional strain on employees.

      Pros

      The people is one of the biggest positives about Sendoso, each person wants to see the business grow. Sendoso had some changes previously that has now helped the company advance. New leadership has allowed everyone to see the roadmap, where previously it wasn't as clear.

      Cons

      I think Sendoso is continuing to develop and work on employee moral, this takes time. Sendoso had some tough times previously and hopefully that is all in the past. You can really see the business cares.
