      -Super young company, tons of room to move up/around internally -Everyone has a chance to impact the processes that are put into place -The culture here is what other companies try to achieve with culture initiatives -The product is ACTUALLY good and can become huge -Client contact rate is low - which typically points to a product that isn’t full of bugs

      Cons

      -There are communication errors that happen around the company, most likely due to growing pains. -In the difficult stage of scaling up to match with growth at the moment.

      I've been in various sales positions prior to Sendoso, but I'm an SDR here and it was one of the best decisions I've made in my life and career! The leadership goes above and beyond for anything we need. The CEO and COO are hands-on and always involved! Better yet, Transparency is real. Rare opportunity to have a product, that's #1 in it's space, and helps make our jobs/life easier! (We won the 2019 BEAST award for Best Sales Development Tech at Tenbound)! The culture here is amazing and supportive, dogs are allowed in the office, great benefits/clear commission structure, unlimited PTO, casual work attire, unlimited snacks, breakfast burrito Friday's/catered lunch Wednesday's.
