      Cons

      The company went through three rounds of layoffs within 7 months. Leadership has no clear vision, Company hasn't hit goal for the past three quarters, people are let go with no explanation, and there is zero enablement or coaching.

      Team was amazing, unmatched competitive salary my manager was great

      Executive leadership. they told people no more layoffs for another year and then lay offs worse than the first round occurred. People feel lied to. As they should. There was little direction and it was hard to overcome obstacles. Product, the product is pretty difficult for the standard marketing user you could spend 30 hours explaining something to someone and they still won’t understand it

      I really don't see how anyone can call this a great company and strong management team. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Countless people in the wrong roles or roles over their heads. Far too many people who are worried about CYA and not truly collaborating. The recent layoffs didn't help that any. We lost leaders who were a part of the positive momentum and only managed retained those that are contributing to this toxic and dysfunctional culture. Performance has been so laughably bad that I don't see how things recover without a massive reset that will take a couple years.
