Toxic culture that comes from the top- specifically from the president, Michelle. She has made a reputation for herself and is known for yelling and belittling others via large zoom meetings. She has absolutely ZERO people skills, does not understand how a business runs operationally, and above all- does not respect others. The way she treats others creates a hostile, toxic and fearful work environment. She is running this company into the ground.

Departments and organization are not managed well at all. They talk the talk about employee morale and culture but they don't walk the walk, so it's all meaningless. They manage with unrealistic expectations, and it's a combative, dysfunctional and uncooperative environment as a whole. Management does not put any effort into developing their people. It's clear that they do not value their employees. Incredibly disappointing experience. Looking from the outside in, thought it would be a great experience for growth, but the environment, culture, and management style all lack maturity, sophistication, and a willingness to invest in employee growth.
