      Pros

      Fun team, flexible working options, great office location, quirky perks like travel bonuses if you take a trip and 1/2 birthday celebrations. Best of all unlimited La Croix!!

      Cons

      Not a biggie but there are still some processes to be figured out since it's a startup. If you work at IBM, Oracle, etc and used to rigid strict processes then there may be some nuances.

      The incredible team is by far the biggest pro to this company. Everyone is driven, intelligent, and executes together. Leadership is great - personally, flat org structure, huge opportunity for personal growth Product is great - easy to learn, use, and scale at any company

      Cons

      Some days are hard, some days are fun - regular startup life. Its a lot of work, but everyone is on the same ship.
