Seneca appreciates and rewards hard work. My experience is working for the company and not Union. I love my job and have learned so much. If you have a strong work ethic and work hard, then great pay and promotion is sure to follow.

The job us seasonal. I wish it was year round.

Cons

Poor Management and nepetism. Unfair work practices and favoritism. Management swears at employees and doesn’t take responsibility for own actions. Language barriers between employees causes havoc. No confidentiality anywhere.
