Some plants are better to work at than other plants. Some departments are better than others. Most people are easy to work with.

Cons

It's a mixed bag. If you get transferred to the wrong location or department, your experience will change. Very far behind the technology curve and resistant to change. Oftentimes the company will spend a quarter to save a dime.

Summer hour requirements, vacation time is difficult to take with out being attached to your computer at some point.
