Really good pay Great company culture Your job is hanging out with farmers and talking about peaches... it's awesome.

Cons

They own you for the Summer/peach season. This isn't really a problem though, if you're like me and this is a Summer job and you're working with friends. For people that don't like driving, there's a lot of it. They give you a handsome stipend for gas/maintenance though.

Pros

Seneca tries to promote from within, and as long as you do your job and show you're putting forth effort, you will be fine. They have also been flexible when I've had things come up short-notice.

Cons

The employee morale in certain departments is not great. I think this is due to gossipy behaviors and a breakdown in communication.
