Seneca was an awesome place to work. Very well run and management listened and followed through.

Pros

Pay was good and the company is well run. I especially liked that communication was open as well as their job door policy.

Cons

There were long days during the pack but what helped is all the overtime that we were paid for any job we did.

Some flexibility, decent pay, great seasonal work for the summer, generally good coworkers, not much bs from supervisors or management

Payroll shirts you hours, the hours worked are very odd ball (4-8 am and pm is a general guide), always on call

Cons

No ability to move up unless you are the favorite or related to management. Long hours will mean you have no life. There are at minimum 3 different languages spoken on the production end.
