Pros
I've been at Seneca Resources for a year and I can truly say that they are one of the most supportive and fun environments I have ever worked in. Recruiting, in general, is a very stressful and underappreciated job by some. It takes a LOT of work and there are a ton of high and low moments. But I also feel supported and appreciated by the Managing Directors and AMs. There is also a ton of room for growth. We are expanding throughout the US and the managers/ higher ups are more than happy to nominate and promote from within. The environment itself is also really encouraging. The offices all have a great vibe and make coming to work actually fun and not draining. Obviously some days are worst than others but 8/10 times, I am happy to walk in the door (which is saying alot for the staffing industry... I have been at some companies where I DREADED driving to work every day).. There are also good team building events like quarterly happy hours that can include bowling, big dinner celebrations etc and birthday happy hours for everyone! They really like to make sure we work hard and play hard and that everyone has time to unwind and relax. I highly recommend joining our team at Seneca Resources- you can't go wrong!
Cons
I don't have any major cons at the moment. Some days can vary but I think right now Seneca is on a positive track. The ONE thing I will say is that not every recruiter in every office can be a top producer....so numbers need to be kept fair and in mind for people's success. I'd hate to see good recruiters fall behind because of unattainable numbers. Other than that, Seneca is a 10/10.
