The leadership in the Atlanta office is incredible. The Director is one of the classiest, kindest, and hardest working individuals I have ever met. She is 80% of the reason I love coming to work.
I have learned so much about how to be a better Recruiter and how to be a better business person here. I will be forever grateful for that. If you want to be a sponge and join a company where you can launch your career, this is a great place to be. The Atlanta office encourages Recruiters and the Sales Team to attend networking events, which are a great way to build the company and your personal brand. This is a great place to start your career.
Also, they grew 30% during the pandemic. That is very impressive for this industry. Many staffing firms had to do massive layoffs. Seneca did none.
Cons
I wish Recruiters and Sales were paid equally. I have been at another Staffing firm where this was the case, and the culture felt more like and equal playing field. I also wish Recruiters were given bonuses for bring in leads for the sales team. It would encourage Recruiters to actively hunt for leads rather than just fulfilling a metric.
