Cons

Micro managed non stop and they have zero tolerance for those who do not have the same political beliefs. They are extremely liberal. I was publicly shamed with a company wide email simply because of my political beliefs

I have been working at Seneca Resources full-time (over a year) & having previously worked for another staffing firm since graduating college it has been the greatest career decision I've made. Seneca does not hire entry level management / directors. Working for a company alongside successful experienced administration is a game changer from starting an entry level post college job to building your career as a business professional. Aggressive salary & commission structure. Hardworking and energetic office environment.

Cons

Will not cater to anyone who doesn't have a go-getter attitude. Staffing can be a stressful industry & not for everyone, but if you can follow the process - definitely worth the ride.
