      Good Company on the Grow

      Pros

      Small company on the Grow. Ability to move around and grow within the company. Competitive salary and bonus structure and great working environment. Strong emphasis on production and meeting goals/ metrics. Ability to communicate and be mentored by management staff including CEO and Founder. Management offers a lot of resources to sales/ recruiters

      If you are not production or big picture driven wont be a good environment for you. Work hard play hard environment

      Training and support are extremely lacking

      Pros

      They have some good people working here.

      Cons

      Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..

      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Expect to be required to go in office even when your team isn’t there, harsh criticism for the smallest of mistakes, and poor training/support.
