Our residents are awesome! I can't say enough good about them.

Cons

No follow through of promises made to employees. Upper management does not seem to take seriously the concerns of their employees, from Executive Director and Corporate office. Too many rules have changed that no longer support the employees or the mission statement. It's extremely frustrating to have programs changing all the time without any advance notice and limited planning. It ends up being the employees who suffer, not senior management who makes significantly more than $9.00 per hour.
