Pros

There are some good people at the company, but you can find some good people anywhere. Room for growth.

Cons

Pay and benefits are well below the market, benefits are especially expensive. The corporate office has the word “family” on much of their branding, which essentially means there are no boundaries and also the environment is very cliquey, felt like I was working in a high school . Recommend to stay away.
