There is a lot of room for growth within the company. They really seem to believe in their employees and promote from with in. If you are willing to work hard and have clear goals they will help you reach them. I enjoyed working for them and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Unsafe resident practices, the large majority of management staff, unprofessional and immature working environment, job insecurity, constant disapproval from management, extreme lack of leadership.
