Selfish money hungry corporation

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this corporation.

Cons

Just like any other corporation they only want money. I currently work there and in the last month 25 people have been written up for going in to the kitchen and getting RESIDENTS food. Apparently, if a resident is hungry we can't feed them. BUT if management and corporate want to go on a dinner cruise with an open bar that's perfectly fine..... priorities.

Pros

Only reason I stayed as long as I did working for this company was because of the elderly, somebody had to try and stand up for their rights.

Cons

Poor management, unaffordable health benefits, unfair salaries and worst of all was the lack of respect and decency from middle and upper management.
