Pros

Residents are great overall. Most staff are hard working.

Cons

Management is out of touch and wishy washy. No leadership skills necessary, just a degree. Job is way harder than it has to be. Management will " listen to your concerns" then turn your so called confidential conversation against you. Lots of double standards. Staff get repremanded for doing exactly what others do on a daily basis.

Pros

The people are great. The residents can be nice. The end of the year bonus is like getting another paycheck.

Cons

More and more work without increased pay. The management can be out of touch. The days can be really long.

Pros

I enjoyed the energy at SLC. They offered many different activities to the residents and kept things interesting for them. Residents were fun to interact with, and the majority of the staff were enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The position could be stressful (but that's true of any server position).
