The residents are so awesome! The stories they have to share and the life experience can't be replaced. Decent pay Great staff

Management lacks communication within departments and with staff Not pro-active about hiring Hiring process takes A VERY long time No room to grow with company

Pros

Great pay for management. Does not care for the working staff that provides direct care.

Cons

You can be fired at a drop of the hat, if the CEO does not like you. You must be a stylish yuppy type person. Poor medical benefits: expensive, high deductibles. Leadership does not give good direction, they give demands and do it over the video phone. They are losing properties rather than gaining business.
