Getting to know the residents was rewarding

Cons

They have one focus and it is money. Money is all that matters and it is the guiding principle for every decision they make even if it is harmful to the residents or employees. The benefits are pitiful and don't even come close to industry standards. The management team at the property I worked for was a combination of talented professionals and untrained amateurs.
