Overall comfortable office environment. Some genuine and caring people who embrace the promoted culture. Various amenities that are convenient and rewarding.

Cons

Workload requires more than 40 hours per week which creates a quick burnout.

This marks my 10th year with Senior Star and being an associate here continues to be a special part of my life. I've been supported by our leadership team in my professional and personal growth. My fellow associates make me smile and challenge me to always be my best self. I've learned the importance of enjoying what I do and in leaning in to every crucial conversation. I've had many opportunities to define what success means for me and to grab or even create opportunities that help achieve the Senior Star vision & mission. I just feel very grateful to be part of this amazing team.

Cons

When I listen to family and friends describe the challenges they face at work it just expands my gratitude for Senior Star. It really is hard to think of a con. We are not perfect but we treat each other with respect, so things always have a way of working out around here.
