not a con- but you must be like a rubber band and be flexible. Changes are always coming

Senior Star is a company full of servant leaders; people who are committed to making a difference in our communities and in our world. It is constantly striving to improve, both in the areas of associate experience and the way we serve our residents and their families. It is a joy to come to work each day.

Cons

Due to the exceeding generosity of the company and the constant availability tempting food, I gained 10 pounds in my first two months of working here.
