      Pros

      -All staff go above and beyond for the residents. -Departments work together as a team for the most part. -Friendly staff, senior residents and their families. -Hosts many events that associates can take part in that donates to the Alzheimers Association. -Its not hard to get attached to the residents and want to interact with them..if you have the right kind of heart, youll love working here!

      Cons

      -Some odd micro-managing. -Employee vs employee concerns/conflicts dont always get appropriately heard or handled. -Some days can be very shorthanded and too much is expected from one person. -Call-in policy is a bit ridiculous

      Growing quickly which can cause the company to lose the "small company" feel

      The nurses and HCWs are hardworking.

      Cons

      Inappropriately placed patients. Everything is about getting patient in whether suitable or not.
