Great partners. Always something new to learn. This is a great stepping stone if you're trying to get into the EMS world. Lots of patient contact. Allows you to use most skills if you are fresh out of EMT class. 911 is available but you need to work for it. Very flexible schedule and overtime is always available.

Cons

Some dispatchers are very unprofessional at times. Some trucks are poorly maintained on the core side. Tablets will freeze on you. You will get extremely hot in the summer with the uniforms.. Pay.

management ranges from nasty to backstabbing almost everything they do is unethical and/or outright insurance fraud
