Pros

Seniorcare EMS is an amazing company to start working in the field of EMS. The transport side has a lot to work with, and if you get into 911, you can build up your 911 experience. Scheduling is amazing, and there are a ton of overtime opportunities. Overall the company will treat you well, and will serve as a good stepping stone if you are a responsible and good EMT.

Cons

The pay sucks for what we do. Raises are basically nothing. Sometimes dispatch screws you over.

Pros

It is easy to get hired and a lot of overtime. Time and a half after 40 are hours met.

Cons

Low salary, dispatch is annoying, easy to lose your job. Outdated ambulances and stretchers. Management is not great. Good luck

Always shifts available over time is the greatest

Cons

Dispatch use to call every 10-15 mins and you can be on a call and they won't get the hint that you doing patient care
