You get a lot of great experience, the variety of calls will keep the tour exciting. You will learn how to navigate traffic in the city as well.

Cons

They have a very strict hierarchy. Lots of managers and supervisors, some good some not so great but you will encounter that where ever you go. One of my biggest reasons for leaving was not being able to communicate effectively with management. There was always another supervisor to speak with before something could be addressed. There are also some instances when rules were not applied uniformly, but again, that will happen anywhere.

-Friendly coworkers and great staff to work with. -Flexible scheduling/Ability to receive good hours -Good benefits

Cons

-Little to no training for EVOC -Dispatch is unorganized/Doesn't communicate with each other. -Pay is less than what you'd expect for the amount of work/calls you do. -Upper management is very similar to a monarchy, little to no appreciation for workers. -Trucks are old and outdated.

Lots of OT Employees are pretty nice. I likes the online training.

Cons

Management Sucks I've seen people take mirrors of the truck and not get fired.
