strong culture to delegate responsibility and let you run with projects seems to be a meritocracy relative to promotion, but relationships do seem to matter

Cons

sometimes responsibility does not come with appropriate authority strategy seems to be tops down driven - comes from the CEO - need more employee involvement

Good coworkers, generally nice atmosphere, decent benefits

Cons

Disbursement of responsibilities is not balanced. False promises are sometimes made by management to encourage you to take on more work especially when it is outside your scope of duties. Career advancement and change at all levels is difficult to achieve. Underlying rule is that you are always working.

We have decent benefits, a beautiful campus and building, hard working employees.

Cons

In an awkward stage of trying to ramp up after a year of contraction. Lots of work to do.
