Growing company and acquisitions makes it an exciting place to be. Ability to contribute to meaning projects helps alleviate other downsides. Have very capable senior leadership.
Cons
Manufacturing mentality leads to forced vacations during the holidays. It typically consists of half of your annual vacation. No replacement program for employee stock purchase plan (we're not pubically traded as we were when we were part of Texas Instruments). Attleboro, MA location is not ideal for recruiting top talent.
