Great learning opportunities, but promotion relies on relationships

Pros

Good place for fresh grads to learn how the industry works. You get to do a bit of everything like procurement, project work, and sometimes NPD, so you can learn quite a lot. Bonus is about 2 months.

Cons

Promotion feels more based on relationship with bosses rather than performance. Working environment can be quite unprofessional sometimes, and communication is mostly not in English. Career growth is quite limited, and you can see people staying in the same position for many years.

Pros

Good flexibility but since past 3 company itternal reviews instead of improving policies they have cut down/reduced benifits to employees. Work load is balanced not to high not to low.

Cons

Team building is missing. Company does not spend much on team building, Some managers forget to keep aside ego to solve problems instead keep blaming the employee and do not hear out ideas because of past prejudice. innovation is missing, more sustainance work. Used to be a very good place to work at but culture has degraded.
