Micromanagement Blame game: If you err at something even after performing good, people will keep on taunting you. Not just the seniors, but the juniors as well. Higher management is also of no good. They expect you to work for 28 hours in a day out of 24. No one will encourage you, but will come running after you once you fall short somewhere. Selling yourself is more important than working here.
