- Strong product that has a large list of clients (which means growth for the company) - Lots of autonomy and influence in your role - Ability to learn through working with other teams or through taking advantage of the learning and development fund - Strong compensation

Cons

- It's a fast-paced environment, which isn't for everyone.

Really brutal culture

Pros

Interesting industry and product to work on

Cons

The engineering team is worked to the bone. You will be working through the night, work overtime every day and it will not be enough. Everyone is scared of management, terrible culture where you shouldn't have a life. Don't fall into this trap of a company, not sure why there are so many high reviews

We’re so sorry to hear that you are feeling overworked and underappreciated. While we do have clear targets we are working hard to achieve this year, our priority is the well being of our team. We're working very hard on our engineering culture, and have received a lot of great feedback from the teams, who are highly engaged. There are indeed some cases where we have to double down to meet a deadline, but they are very limited. Our engineering teams mean the world to us and we are working very hard to make sure they taken care of very well.

Pros

I've worked at Sensibill for almost two years now and it has been such a refreshing experience. Everyone is working towards the same goal and that cohesiveness makes for a great working environment. I've worked at other places where people are playing politics games and trying to get ahead of each other but at Sensibill it's understood that the way we move forward is by doing what's best for the company and our clients. We also have some great talent and I feel like I can trust my peers skillsets but also I can trust that their intentions are for the best and they want to help each other and the company succeed. I also wanted to call out how impressed I am with the diversity at Sensibill. You will rarely see this company waving a flag about how diverse they are but they live it. We have people from all walks of life and representation from so many different cultures. But the most important thing is that Sensibill strives to empower each employee and encourage them to use their experience and bring their own ideas to the table.

Cons

Sensibill is a startup in a niche market. There's a lot of obstacles to overcome in the industry and limited resources and startup grinding can make things difficult. We have been expanding our product line which is great but after having had just one product for so long it takes time to build up the right momentum.
