I really have enjoyed working for Sensible Care. I am very picky who I work for because patient care is the number one thing I care about. Not only do they treat their patients well but they also treat their employees well. The work-life balance is quite nice. The work environment is very supportive and friendly. I can go to anyone for any reason and get solution quickly. I love that everyone supports each other. I would be a patient here, they are that good.

I really don't have any cons at this point. I have been here going on 9 months and I am so happy I decided to apply here.

I can honestly say that I am blessed to be here. Before applying here and having an interview, I made a "dream list" of what my ideal job would be. I have to say, it exceeded beyond what I was wishing for. I enjoy being here because I am able to share ideas, enhance my skills, a place where the CEO allows me to bring my child to work, and the support from each and every team member. The work-life balance is important to me and I am happy to be at a place where that is implemented. We get a Mental Health day off in August! I feel valued, seen, and given an opportunity to advance in my career. I have been here for less than a year and was given a promotion and raise. There are opportunities to join social event where you can meet co-workers or even join social chats and connect with one another. Sensible Care is the place to be!

None, but it would be nice to see more faces in the office.
