To feel supported, seen and heard while making a difference in the lives of others is the true reward. I have grown so much over the past few years, and I have Sensible Care to thank for that. I am supported in my professional goals and ambitions and love seeing my colleagues receive promotions and awards as well! The culture and collaborative nature make every day feel rewarding, warm and caring.

The benefits are good, and there's some flexibility as a virtual therapist.

Cons

For other positions you do not have stability. They just laid off a lot of support staff, and restructured leading to lead therapists losing their promotions. There is quite a lot of pressure to keep productivity or you get moved to part time without notice.
