Competitive pay, good benefits, and very supportive team given remote culture If there’s an issue that comes up, I can always post about it or ask for a consult, which is very nice to have! The team puts a lot of trust in their therapists with little micromanaging, another thing I appreciate. The productivity goals are also very reasonable as your full hourly week also accounts for admin time.

I am supported in my professional goals and ambitions and love seeing my colleagues receive promotions and awards as well!
