      Pros

      Pay scale was above average. Benefits were good at reasonable costs.

      Cons

      Work weeks were 60-80 hours. Upper management was ruthless, relocating new hires and letting them go in about a year. I had 8 supervisors in a 7 year span. General Managers expected lifetime was about a year. Management lacked honesty from the President up to the CFO & CEO. Spoke with forked tongue.

      Very stressful, the ceo calls indy plant poison pill and he is happy to see us go in his mannings perspective letters.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Benefits are average. Free coffee. Write your own paycheck with all the overtime. Although you have no choice with mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      To see all the wasteful spending. The its sensient way or no way at all. Lack of leadership from all the board members and upper management. They dont care about hourly employees. Advancing up in the company is impossible unless you know somebody.
