      Pros

      Lots of opportunities. Wages could be better but if you are goal oriented and like learning new things and don't mind the shift work you could advance pretty quickly! Managers and Supervisors care about the business and want to improve all aspects including relationships between employees and managers. Great operations, planning and superb Human Resources team. Promote from within the company is a plus.

      Cons

      Working shifts, low starting wages and slow changing organizational culture. Too many temporary employees. Temporary employees are unreliable.

      Career opportunities: Sensient offers and supports any employee in his career plan; providing trainings and opportunities around the world. I have personally benefit from this and this is why my perspective at Sensient is very positive. The team I work with are here between 5 - 10 years. Culture: Sensient has built and strengtehn over the past years a real culture and is sharing this standards across all business units. If you`re entrepreneur and result driven - you`re at the good place.

      Cons

      Communication: like every global organization Sensient needs to progress on sharing info between business unit, and keep repeating the message to reach our goal.
