      Pros

      I have worked at four different companies in my career and Sensient is the most professional workplace of all. There is a focus on employee development and career planning that is refreshing and exciting. The employees treat each other with respect and everyone pulls together to get the job done. I feel like my work makes a difference and that I am a valued part of the team. Since I have been here I have seen positive changes and progression in the business, but the overall result is a strong business with a great future.

      Some days are long and there are ups and downs with the market place and the business cycle, but hard work and dedication is rewarded.
