Recruitment Process: I like that they are very fast and efficient in recruiting people. You will know within 2 weeks if your are in or not. Benefits and compensation: People are 'financially' well-compensated. Onboarding: Once I got in, my first 2 months are well planned. I got to spend time with each department to get to know the people and have a deeper understanding of how the company works. Technical training was also given to fully appreciate the company's expertise and the products that we have. Environment: The company is innovative and dynamic. Most of the leaders are quite young and they encourage creativity and open-mindedness.
Cons
Since the company is very dynamic, sometimes people gets confused with the changes happening.
